Here you will find the release notes of all changes in the antifraud system and the Control Centre. The most important features are highlighted in bold.
- The redesigned Alerts & Reports module group is introduced in the main menu of the Control Centre (to replace the previous Alerts & Reports module in the Settings module group):
- New Fraud Alerts module;
- New User Activity Alerts module;
- New Scheduled Reports module;
- New Notification Channels module.
- The new notification channels service is applied in all four modules of the Alerts & Reports module group.
- New notification channels (Mattermost and HTTP) are introduced in addition to email, Telegram and Slack.
- The design of fraud alerts in emails and messengers is updated: teach fraud alert now includes the main information from the Fraud Attack Details section, as well as buttons and links to investigate the incident in the Control Centre.
- The new design of scheduled reports is introduced in emails and messengers: the new report includes the main information from the Fraud Analytics module, as well as buttons and links to explore fraud call attempts and aggregated data on fraudulent activity in the Control Centre.
- An hourly report is added in addition to daily, weekly and monthly reports. Hourly reports replace the previous hourly "All events" alert used by protection methods
- A new user activity alert for changes in block/allow lists is introduced.
- An option to 'mute/unmute new fraud attack alerts' is added within protection methods (Proactive Monitoring, Behavioral Analysis, and Custom Rules).
- The ability to enter the blockage duraton and the monitoring window size manually (in addition to selecting from the dropdown list) is added in protection methods.
- Release Notes are added to the documentation: to view them, click the release version number at the bottom of the Control Centre sidebar.
- Improved AI performance: higher accuracy, precision, and recall metrics across all fraud types.
- Refined the design of Custom Rules.
- Rule IDs are now displayed in the Custom Rules main table and in rule details.
- In Fraud Analytics module:
- allowable number of groupings is increased from 3 to 4;
- the limit of 1000 records when downloading CSV files is removed.
- The Session ID field is added to the Fraud Call Attempt Details page.
- The Session ID field is included in the CSV export of fraud call attempts.
- The new Fraud Analytics module is introduced in the Monitoring module group.
- The Help Center (including an FAQ) is introduced in the Information module group.
- ABOUT buttons (linking to сorresponding documentation pages) are added to each Control Centre module.
- Enhanced the design of fraud dynamics widgets.
- Tooltip design is updated.
- The 'My Account' tab is renamed to the user's account name, and the antifraud system version (subscription plan type) is dispalyed in the Control Centre sidebar.
- The ability to reorder table columns via the Customize Columns button in the Fraud Analytics module is added.
